How long will shipping take?

Our standard shipping time is 3-4 working days.

How can I check the status of my order?

The exchange request is submitted when the allowed time has passed. The item has been harmed by use. The item has been tampered with.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards as well as cash on delivery (COD) for online purchases. As soon as you place your order, we will email you an invoice in PDF format.

What are your delivery charges?

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If the product is unopened and not included in any promotions or discount sales, we accept returns and exchanges for any items within fourteen days of delivery. All of the original packaging and labeling must still be present on the items.

Can I cancel my order?

Before your order is completed or verified by our customer service team, you can cancel it at any moment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and text message with the tracking information as soon as the order has been sent.

What is my size?

For your convenience, we have size charts for every product on our website. Our sizes typically fit true to size, but oversized goods are noted with the product. Each product's size chart includes an inch conversion.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Pakistan. We will start international shipping very soon.
